Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately. This helps ensure faster processing and accurate stock handling.

EU Customers – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible under this right:

Items must remain unused and in their original condition
All packaging and labels must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided
